Technical Principle and Working Process of Membrane Coating Machine
Membrane coating machine is a device that forms a functional coating on the surface of a substrate by precisely controlling the coating process. The working process of membrane coating machine is divided into three key stages:
1. Coating:
Contact coating: The coating is evenly transferred to the surface of the substrate by a scraper or coating roller, which is suitable for high-viscosity materials.
Non-contact coating: The slit extrusion or spraying technology is used to avoid substrate damage caused by mechanical contact, and is often used in precision fields such as flexible electronics and optical films.
2. Drying and curing:
Hot air circulation: The solvent is quickly evaporated through a strong air circulation drying oven (temperature accuracy ±1℃), which is suitable for most organic coatings.
Infrared/UV curing: Use infrared or ultraviolet rays to accelerate the curing of photosensitive materials and improve production efficiency.
3. Coating adjustment:
Dynamic optimization of coating thickness and uniformity is achieved by adjusting parameters such as coating speed, scraper pressure, and slit width (10-50mm).
