1. Coating head technology

Slit extrusion coating: a uniform liquid film is formed through the slit of the die, which is suitable for high-viscosity materials, and the coating uniformity reaches ±1%;

Micro-gravure coating: the coating is transferred by a roller engraved with micron-level grooves, which is suitable for thin layer coating;

Comma blade coating: the coating thickness is controlled by the gap between the blade and the substrate, which is suitable for medium and high viscosity materials.

2. Drying system design

Hot air circulation oven: the solvent is rapidly evaporated through multi-stage temperature control to avoid cracking of the coating;

Infrared radiation drying: for heat-sensitive materials, it reduces thermal damage;

UV curing system: used for light-curing coatings, the curing time is shortened to 0.1-1 seconds, and production efficiency is improved.

3. Tension control system

The magnetic powder brake/clutch and ultrasonic sensor are used to realize dynamic adjustment of the substrate tension to ensure that there are no wrinkles or stretching deformation during the coating process.
