1. Heat source system: Provide energy to melt the material, including arc spraying (low cost, high efficiency), plasma spraying (high temperature, suitable for ceramics), supersonic flame spraying (HVOF, dense coating) and other types.

2. Feeding system: Through powder or wire feeding device, the coating material feeding rate is accurately controlled (error ≤1%).

3. Spray gun: As the "execution terminal", its design directly affects the coating quality. For example, the cold spray gun uses high-pressure gas (1-5MPa) to accelerate solid particles to avoid material oxidation, which is suitable for nano coating preparation.

4. Motion control system: The relative movement between the spray gun and the substrate is realized through a multi-axis robotic arm or CNC platform to ensure the uniformity of the coating (thickness deviation ≤5μm).

5. Auxiliary system: including gas purification device (to remove oil and moisture), cooling system (to prevent the substrate from overheating and deformation) and dust removal equipment (to collect flying particles).
