1. Electrostatic spray gun

Utilizing a built-in high-voltage generator or corona ring technology, powder particles are charged and adsorbed to the workpiece surface, effectively overcoming the Faraday effect (e.g., ensuring uniform coverage of complex structures such as deep cavities and inner corners).

The manual spray gun has a maximum powder output of 350g/minute and a voltage range of 20-100kV, supporting multi-angle spraying.

2. Powder recovery device

Filter-type recovery: Suitable for single-color applications or infrequent color changes, it filters unadsorbed powder through a filter, achieving a recovery rate of 90%-98%.

Cyclone recovery: Commonly used for multi-color spraying or frequent color changes, it utilizes centrifugal force to separate powder from air, improving color change efficiency by over 30%.

3. Powder booth and powder supply system

The powder booth is constructed of anti-static materials such as PP/PVC, and its enclosed design prevents powder spillage, ensuring a clean working environment. Powder Feeder: Integrated with automatic screening and fluidization functions, it supports mixed delivery of fresh and recycled powder. The powder hopper capacity ranges from 20-100 kg, and the powder delivery hose can be up to 50 feet long.

4. Digital Control System (High-End Models)

Equipped with a PLC or industrial computer, it enables precise adjustment of spray parameters (voltage, powder output, and atomization state), supports multi-program storage, and supports remote monitoring.
