The touchscreen human-machine interface supports real-time adjustment of coating weight, speed, temperature, and other parameters.

The dual-station unwinding and rewinding design supports fully automatic unwinding and film splicing, minimizing downtime. 4. Multifunctional Coating Head:

Supports multiple coating processes, including forward roll coating, reverse roll coating, and curtain coating, and accommodates coatings of varying viscosities (viscosity range 500 to 50,000 cP).

Optional spray, dip, or transfer coating modules are available to meet diverse production needs.
