1. Excellent Mechanical Properties

PET is a crystalline saturated polyester with high strength, high rigidity, and excellent creep resistance. It can withstand long-term operating temperatures up to 120°C and can withstand higher temperatures for short periods.

It offers excellent dimensional stability, exhibiting minimal deformation when exposed to heat or stress, making it suitable for precision structural parts.

It is wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant, performing reliably even in environments with repeated bending and friction.

2. Electrical Insulation

Its polar polymer structure imparts excellent electrical insulation, maintaining low dielectric loss even at high frequencies, making it suitable for high-frequency signal transmission lines.

Corona resistance is relatively poor, but this can be partially improved through modification.

It offers excellent weather resistance, strong UV resistance, and a long outdoor service life.
